Note: The Big Medium content manager is accessible to all versions of every browser. However, your browser may not support basic Web standards, preventing the best display of the Big Medium tools. We support the campaign of the Web Standards Project encouraging users to upgrade to modern browsers.

All users can edit their password and update their e-mail address. To do this, click the "My account" link under "Account" in the left-column menu of the Big Medium control panel.
Users with administrator or webmaster accounts can also edit or delete other users' accounts (a webmaster can do this only for accounts with access privileges to sites for which the webmaster himself has privileges). To retrieve the account to edit, click the "Get User Info" link under "Account" in the left-column menu of the Big Medium control panel.
Get User Info
Webmasters and administrators can look up user accounts with the "Get User Info" panel. To do this, enter your search criteria in any (or all) of the account information fields:
When searching by user name and/or e-mail address, Big Medium will display only the accounts that are an exact match to the phrase typed (the match does not have to be case-sensitive, however). For example, searching for "bob robert" in the user name field would find the accounts "Bob Robert" and "Joebob Robertson," but not "Bob J Robertson," "Bob Smith" or "Robert Jones."
Only administrators can look up other administrator accounts. To do this, select "All websites" from the website pulldown menu.
Deleting accounts
To delete any of the displayed accounts, click the checkbox in the delete column beside the account name and click the "Delete" button. Deleting an account has no effect on any articles created or edited with the account; the articles remain completely available in the system. Be careful! Deleting an account permanently removes the user from the system and cannot be undone (although you can of course create a new account for the user).
Editing an Account
When editing their own accounts, all users may update their password or e-mail address by typing them into the provided fields.
Webmasters and administrators may additionally edit site privileges for their own account as well as those of other users. Note, however, that webmasters may only edit the accounts of users who have site privileges to which the webmaster himself has privileges. Also, webmasters may not edit administrator accounts.
