The Jacksonville Area Chamber of Commerce, Jacksonville Memorial Hospital and the Mia Ware Foundation are partnering with Healthy Communities Food & Nutrition Collaborative for the annual Be Aware Wellness Fair and SummerFest event in Community Park.
Join us to showcase your organization's products and services including informational material regarding healthy preventive measures, healthcare and wellness services.
You are welcome to offer free promotional gifts, free healthy snacks, or prizes at your booth.
Exhibitors will need to bring their own tent, table, and chairs for their booth.
